Very nice coffee spot here! Coffee was very good, and the service was solid. Plenty of parking out front. Nice indoor and outdoor seating. Not the coolest shopping block, but worth the stop just for the coffee! Pretty quick… They def have a strong following and vibe! It was jammed in there with folks eating, working, and picking up. They were roasting in the front. Very cool! Coffee was great and on par with our Favorite LA spots. Pricing was aligned for us! Owner seems very involved and hands on. Greeting and thanking every guest. Working the roaster. Dapping up employees as they came on shift. I had my hands full with a little one, and needed to prep the coffee to go…one of their team members, a young athletic east-Asian American guy, jumped into action. “I got you bro!” He was awesome, proactive, and made my experience top tier. Thanks my friend! Life saver! Got the coffee capped, with a stopper, and heat sleeve. Wow! Very cool. Highly reco. Parking lot is a little strange design; so plan for some extra time (it’s a one way path that is a long wrap around).

Coffee was good, service was okay, plain croissant was not warmed up and not very tasty. Pretty busy, Cool ambiance, I’d give it a another go. I’d recommend to check it out if you’re passing by.

Feels like a coffee shop designed with passion. The functioning roaster on display as you walk in and the contemporary decor instantly confirms that you found your coffee spot. The flat white, short, with oat milk was delicious.

This coffee shop is an absolute gem! I adore its location in a plaza that feels wonderfully untouched and not at all commercialized – a truly refreshing find. The fact that it was bustling speaks volumes about its quality! As someone who appreciates Filipino culture, I was thrilled by the unique aspects of this coffee shop. During my visit (my second while in the Palm Desert area!), I indulged in a few of their offerings. The Four Seasons drink was a fantastic and well-balanced blend of different fruit juices. The pandan bibingka was simply yummy! Surprisingly, I even enjoyed the adobe pandesal, and that's saying something because I'm not typically an adobo fan. My Ube Matcha Latte with oat milk was good, though I personally would have preferred it a little sweeter. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service. The tee shirt I wanted was displayed on the mannequin but wasn’t available in the merch section, yet our server went out of her way to get me a fresh one. Even more impressively, another cafe worker overheard me asking about the bibingka (as there weren't any in the display) and immediately let our server know they had some in the back! This level of attentiveness and going above and beyond totally won me over. It’s clear they truly care about their customers. Clearly, I loved my experience because I even bought their shirt! We're already planning a return visit tomorrow. Highly, highly recommend checking this place out!

Varraco Coffee Roasters shop is truly special! Not only is the coffee excellent, but having a roaster right in the building makes every cup taste fresh and unique. The aroma alone is worth the visit! The customer service is always amazing—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. You can tell they care about their customers and their craft. I’m so glad to have found this spot and I wish them continued growth and success. Highly recommend to anyone who appreciates great coffee and great people Great menu, freshly made syrups and bakery selections were great!

I was in town to visit my sister & decided to hit up this local coffee shop. The baristas were SO NICE, coffee was THE BEST I’ve had in a while! I’m very picky with my coffee & told the barista I like my coffee sweet but not too sweet & not too milky. I want the coffee to be the strongest taste & he made it PERFECTLY. My kids kept asking him questions about the machine inside, the treats & he was so sweet to them. I HIGHLY recommend this place! The pastries were AMAZING as well!
